Performer
Darryl Stephens started acting while attending UC Berkeley. After studying and performing for three semesters, he joined cult camp theater troupe SASSYMOUTH and performed in shows like "Medea the Musical," "Joy," "Napoleon, the Camp Drag Disco Musical Extravaganza" and "Combat!: An
American Melodrama" in San Francisco's theater district. After taking "Medea" to HBO's Aspen Comedy Festival, he moved to LA to get into film and television.

His first television role was on MTV's "Undressed," where he played a horny high school student trying to seduce girls with scary movies. Soon after, he played opposite Shannon Elizabeth and Steven Segal's son, Kintaro, in what he calls "one sucky ass movie" called "Seamless." Within the year he also
booked the role of Julian, the DJ predisposed to love-triangles, in the film "Circuit." After supporting roles on CBS' "That's Life" and a short- lived VH1 show called "Red Eye" with comedian Katt Williams, he decided to get back to the stage.

He did a few small plays ("Joy," "Bent," "Medea") and soon realized that he would never be satisfied with the lackluster theater scene in LA. He studied with Tony Greco in LA and with Gary Imhoff at the Beverly Hills Playhouse, booked a few commercials and then decided to try and get serious about his
film career.Anxious to get more work under his belt, he played a "slacker with a dark side" in the very indie-film "Not Quite Right."

Then he read for a role in a project tentatively titled "Hot Chocolate." He was familiar with an earlier film by the writer/director, Patrik Ian Polk, and when he booked a day player role as one of the main character's store clerks, he was just happy to be working. When Polk called him and told him
he was changing the name of the project to "Noah's Arc" and that he had decided to have Darryl play the role of Noah, he was thrilled... and confused. He had no idea what was to be expected of the Noah character or what the plan was for launching the project. After filming a number of promotional short films and one and a half pilot episodes, the show was picked up by the new LOGO network. The television series ran for two seasons and became a cult hit. LOGO then decided to broaden Noah's audience by ending the television series and producing a feature film called "Noah's Arc: Jumping the Broom" which will be in theaters October 24, 2008.

The year he filmed the first season of "Noah," he also played a main character in Q. Allan Brocka's "Boy Culture" and a supporting role in Todd Stephens' "Another Gay Movie."

Recently, he played a waiter on "Ugly Betty," wrapped principal photography on the jazz biopic "Bolden," starring Anthony Mackie, Jackie Earle Haley and Wendell Pierce, voiced one episode of "Rick and Steve" with RuPaul and played a pimp in the "Tranny McGuyver" short film starring Willam Belli and
Coco Peru, among many talented others.

He also collaborated with one of his best friends, Stephen Bowman, on writing a feature screenplay that he is very proud of and hopes to get produced within the year. Darryl is excited about continuing to expand his body of work and challenge people's preconceived notions about what black men can do.

Kevin Stea has been one of the most well-known and recognized dancers in the industry over the past 20 years. He has been successful in areas as diverse as choreography, modeling, directing, acting and hosting, and worked with the world’s top musical artists, directors, photographers and designers.
Kevin Alexander Stea was born in Hollywood, CA. An only child, and raised to be independent, he moved frequently, from California to Oregon, Michigan, Wisconsin and New Mexico. After being accepted as a scholar to the United World College of Southeast Asia in Singapore, he left high school two years early, and left home for good at the young age of 15. It was there that childhood training in gymnastics became an affinity for performance and dance.
Upon his return to the U.S., Kevin attended the University of Southern California as a business major, film minor and honors student, and began dance training there and as a scholar at the Steven Peck dance studio. He quickly made friends with many street dancers and joined an African-American vernacular dance company. It was here that he learned a large variety of styles from jitterbug and tap to freestyle, popping and African. That versatility has made him one of the most accomplished dancers of his generation.
After only a year and a half of training, Kevin was hired to be the associate choreographer, dance captain and dancer on Madonna’s now-legendary Blonde Ambition World Tour, from which the movie “Madonna:Truth or Dare” was made, and the video for “Vogue”. He performed in Madonna’s unforgettable Edwardian appearance on the MTV Music Video Awards, and won Star Search with the Dance Grand Champions ‘New World’. Soon after, he was working with Gloria Estefan, Prince and as associate choreographer and dancer for Michael Jackson.
He began modeling for Jean Paul Gaultier, Thierry Mugler, Tommy Hilfiger, Romeo Gigli, Fendi, Calvin Klein and Exte, and has worked many times over the years with famed photographer David Lachappelle, Herb Ritts and Peggy Sirota among many others.
After performing in movies like Sister Act 2, Showgirls, Newsies and The Birdcage, he toured Japan with famed Japanese artist Seiko Matsuda, as her dance partner and singer. He then moved to Italy and became very successful singing, dancing, acting and judging on the weekly variety show, Buona Domenica. He appeared often on Italian television, choreographed several series, and signed a recording deal. While recording he toured with Ricky Martin , promoting “La Vida Loca”.
Over the years that passed, Kevin appeared in more than 50 commercials, including 13 for the Gap and Old Navy, most famously in Khaki-a-go-go. He also appeared in 14 Pepsi commercials, along with such personalities as Ray Charles, Aretha Franklin, Beyonce and Britney Spears. More films and videos followed; Austin Powers:Goldmember, Charlie’s Angels and Rent, David Bowie, Elton John, Celine dion, Smashmouth, Matchbox 20, Janet Jackson and more work with Michael Jackson.
Recently, Kevin directed a show for singer Kelis, performed in the award-winning TV special Tony Bennett: An American Classic, with John Legend, among others, on the Emmy’s with Christina Aguilera for oscar-winner Rob Marshall, the Academy Awards with 3-5 Mafia, and on the hit series Dirty Sexy Money. Dykeotomy
Dichotomy:
Defined by The American Heritage Dictionary
(Division into two usually contradictory parts or opinions)

Is an artfully depicted photo exploration and narrative of lesbian women who have a more masculine appearance and manner. Conceptualized and photographed by leading fashion photographer Logan Alexander. Dykeotomy is the first book of it’s kind to uncover the hard exterior of these women and go underneath to give the audience a broader perspective on their choices and struggles in life. Exploring the notions of who they really are versus what society thinks they should be.

Thirty “butch” lesbians will be interviewed and photographed in their more comfortable state as “boys” and the viewer will get an in-depth look at their lives, then they will be pampered and made up as “Glamour Girls” and photographed in elaborate settings created by photographer Logan Alexander and artistic director M. Christian Grant. By exploring the flip sides of these women their individuality and beauty will be showcased.

Writers Hope Wood-Romanus, Andreen Soley, Mona Holmes and Curtis Hawkins will engage the reader with their touching and often thought-provoking editorial on the myriad o f emotions these women endure during their respective transformations.
